These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the BookMyRoom hotel booking platform. By creating an account or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BookMyRoom platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BookMyRoom.
Service Description
BookMyRoom provides an online hotel booking platform that allows guests to search, compare, and reserve hotel rooms. We facilitate connections between guests and hotel properties. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice. Service availability is subject to our published SLA of 99.9% uptime.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Each user must have a unique login; credential sharing is prohibited. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
Booking & Reservation Policies
Hotels using BookMyRoom set their own booking policies, rates, and availability. BookMyRoom facilitates reservations but is not a party to the contract between the hotel and the guest. Cancellation and modification policies are determined by each property. All bookings are subject to the individual hotel's terms and conditions.
Payment Terms
Hotel rates and booking charges are displayed at the time of reservation and are subject to the individual hotel's pricing policies. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking. Refunds for cancellations are governed by each hotel's cancellation policy and our Refund Policy. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Limitations of Liability
BookMyRoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, though we strive for maximum reliability.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Previous versions are available upon request.
